About Us

On Saturday 11th & Sunday 12th June 2016 The Grand Pier presents its first ever Kids Fest weekend!

Get yourself and the kids ready for a weekend jam packed with the normal fun of the Pier with some exciting extras, including;

Mr Bloom
The one that we have all been waiting to announce! There will be four performances over the weekend from the very popular children's gardener Mr Bloom from Cbeebies.

Animal Corner
Animal Corner gives the children the chance to sit down and have a cuddle with some incredibly cute animals.

Bouncy Castle
Let the kids burn off some energy by having a jump around on the bouncy castle

Craft Area & Hand Wall
Let the inner artist come out by getting creative in our craft area. Children can take any works of art they create home with them. Add your child's handprint to our hand wall, how many can we get over the whole weekend?

Face Painting
Let them be turned into a butterfly or Spiderman with our talented face painters who will be in the main pavilion for the entire weekend.

Balloon Modelling
Balloon modellers will be here all weekend creating some incredible balloon designs for you all to take home.

Giant Games
A twist on your normal table games, we have decided to go GIANT in the conservatory! Have a bit of fun with Jenga or connect 4 and some other classics.

Pier Donkey
The chance to meet our famous Pier Donkey! He loves to have his picture taken with everyone who visits the pier!!

Unlimited Rides
If you get the chance to have a break from all of our extra bits of fun and excitement get onto your favourite ride or try something new!!

The Grand Pier Train
The train will be running all weekend for all those children that may get tired of the walk or just love the idea of riding a train up the Pier.

Don't forget to pick up your map on arrival so that you don't miss out on anything.
