About Us
Outstanding customer service skills in serving and working with people with mental health needs and dementia. In this talk, you'll develop skills of empathy, observation, listening and trust-building.
We will explore the many ways in which we make connections with people in a short space of time, especially in customer service roles. With the emphasis on the non-verbal communication. We will look at the impact of body language, mood, eye-contact, touch, gesture, and tone of voice when it comes to making connections, being helpful and sales. We will focus on our impact on those with mental health and learning difficulties particularly for those living with dementia. The talk aims to make understanding and life much easier all round by communicating with the whole of who we are and not just the words we say.
