Friends, Yogis and everyone else.

So you've heard of Silent Disco right? Well this is Silent Disco Yoga! And we are doing it on the beach.

All you need is a mat or towel and you're good to go. The class is designed for all experience levels so if you're looking for a bit of fun and fancy trying out something different come down!

We supply the headphones to wear so you can immerse yourself in the music while still being able to hear me guiding you through the flow. 

We've got 20 spaces so grab one while you can!

We will meet between the SeaQuarium and Sand Scupltures on Weston Beach. Lets aim for about 6.20pm.
