About Us
Come and see Santa in his magical grotto at the end of the Grand Pier this Christmas! Santa and his helpers will stay there until Christmas Eve, when they must leave to make sure all the Christmas presents are delivered on time!
Follow the snowy footprints as you enter the Grand Pier, to guide you to the winter wonderland, with its moving penguins and polar bears. You will be transported down an enchanted path to Santa's very own grotto. Santa's reindeer and his elves will be on hand to make sure you don't get lost!
Santa's grotto will be open from 11am on selected dates and admission is £12.00 with each child receiving a wrapped gift.
To purchase tickets to the Grotto, please visit the Retail Shop on the 1st Floor on the day of your visit.
No advanced booking required. Purchase on the day of visit.
Tickets include entry for one child and one supervising adult. Each child will get to meet Santa and receive a wrapped gift. Platinum tickets include a souvenir printed photo.
When you arrive, you will be transported down an enchanted path to Santa’s very own grotto. Santa’s elves will be on hand to make sure you don’t get lost!
DATES AND TIMES:
24th, 26th, 27th November. 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th December and the 19th - 24th December 2022, from 11am - 4.45pm* subject to availability.
December 24th last entry is 3pm.
