About Us
Revel in queer stories of heritage places and everyday spaces as Tom weaves you through Weston with a theatrical flourish!
Tom Marshman is a nationally acclaimed performance artist who makes work that celebrates the voices of the outsider, notably from the LGBTQ+ community.
To coincide with Weston Pride, Tom has crafted an alternative audio, walking tour of central Weston, with a little bit of help from members of the town’s Queer community. The tour will finish at the wonderful Pride 22 Festival in Grove Park.
Meet outside Weston Train Station for the start of the tour on Saturday 2 July 2022 at 12pm – 1pm.
This event is free. Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance at cultureweston.org.uk. Additional info: A limited number of headsets will be provided, or download the tour to your own device at cultureweston.org.uk from 1 July.
You can also follow the trail on your own device at your own leisure any time, any day. This tour is suitable for wheelchair users. Please contact admin@cultureweston.org.uk with any other access requirements.
