About Us
As part of our Black History Month celebrations, we are thrilled to be hosting Weston's Black History Month Forum 2025.
The evening will begin with a live panel conversation hosted by Louise Hill-Davis. Guests from UHBW, Weston College, and the arts will speak about identity, culture, and community. The audience will be invited to ask questions and be part of the discussion.
After a short networking break, there will be live performances of poetry and storytelling hosted by Vanessa Otoo, with performances from Jaidah and other artists.
There will be food with a taste of West Africa to enjoy before we close and we will end the night with an informal after party at Afri Lounge with DJ Tamara J.
This is a celebration of Black history, pride, and power in Weston. Everyone is welcome.
Spaces are limited. Please book your ticket in advance.
