Les Sandys worked in the family photography business, Sandys Photographic Services. He was a professional photographer from the mid-1920s working in and around Weston-super-Mare. His archive of negatives records the town throughout the second half of the 20th century. This exhibition focuses on his work during Weston-super-Mare's post-war heyday, when people flocked to the British seaside for their summer holiday.
