About Us
7:30pm Every Thursday in Weston super Mare.Bachata is a popular latin dance similar to salsa. We welcome all dancers and non-dancers to our beginner classes in Weston-super-Mare. Come alone or with a partner, you will soon become a bachatero/bachatera!
Bachata is originally from the Dominican Republic, but the modern and sensual bachata styles have been influenced from Spain and Latin America, taking inspiration from salsa, the lambada, and many other dances.
It is a couples dance normally led by a man and followed by a woman, but it doesn't matter who you dance with - we are dancing to have fun!
You will find our teachers and students welcoming and inclusive.
