About Us

Join us for an evening of fire and food.

Our Head Gardener Claire will meet you at the Visitor Reception when you arrive and lead you up to the Charcoal Burner's Camp, nestled deep within the Landscape Garden. Once there, our estates team will explain how we make our own Hestercombe charcoal, a practice which began here in the early 18th century. Our chefs will be on hand to give you some tips on how to cook outdoors before you enjoy supper by the fireside.
