The Future of Weston

A town is nothing without the dedication, support and love of its residents. With a population of over 80,000 people and many more in surrounding towns and villages, we all Love Weston, our WsM. With our beautiful beachfront, our wonderful walks, our spectacular sunsets and our burgeoning town centre, we are very fortunate to live in an area that offers so much.

There are exciting times ahead with many plans for encouraging independent new businesses into the centre, new forms of entertainment and developing culture and the arts. Connecting to and from WsM couldn't be easier. We're close to the M5 motorway, connecting us to Bristol, the M4, the Midlands, Wales to the north and northwest, to the Somerset county town of Taunton and beyond to Exeter and the southwest penisula. There's a wide range of bus routes connecting WsM to Bristol International Airport, Portishead, Clevedon and many more North Somerset towns and villages. We have three railway stations in WsM with direct connections to Bristol, London Paddington and many more major towns.

WsM is a great place to live, with a walkable town centre combined with the openness and fresh air of its coastal location.
