About Us

Beachside Holiday Park is family owned and managed by the James family since 1986.

Beachside is located on sand dunes which run parallel with the coast, following the direction of the shoreline between Burnham-on-Sea and Brean Down. The park is built directly over raised, undulating sand dunes. Some of the accommodation offered has unspoilt panoramic views either facing inland or across Bridgwater Bay, whilst other accommodation is in a lower lying area of the park, once again created by nature over the years. Beachside Holiday Park offers a quiet location far enough away from the village to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, but near enough to walk to the many atractions which make Brean an ideal holiday destnation.

Accommodation

We offer accommodation to suit all needs and budgets from our Bronze range caravan holiday homes, giving you a low-cost accommodation for those that just need a base to explore from, up to our premium Elite sea-view caravan holiday homes offering a comfortable and modern space to enjoy spectacular views of Bridgwater Bay.

Lodge Holidays

Here at Beachside Holiday Park, we also offer the lodge experience in one of our two lodges. Our Mendip View lodge sleeps up to 6 people and offers stunning panoramic views from its large decking over Brean and over to the Somerset Mendip hills. Our Beach Bungalow sleeps up to 8 people (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) Our Beach Bungalow offers its own private garden, with large decking area with outdoor sea􀆟ng, so that you can enjoy Brean's famous sunsets.

Pets

If the family jigsaw feels incomplete when you leave your pet behind, there’s no need to fret. With dog friendly accommodation, your whole family can enjoy their holiday together.
Brean Beach is dog friendly all year round and with several miles of sands it is the perfect place to spend the day with your dog.

Sundowner Café/Bar

Our on-site Sundowner Café/Bar is the ideal place to share a meal or a drink and enjoy the stunning views Brean Beach has to offer. Open daily for breakfast and hot meals throughout the day offering anything from a snack to a full meal to eat-in or takeaway. The Sundowner is fully licenced so why not share a botle of wine or our local ciders while sampling our great food with either an individual meal or a sharing plater and watch the spectacular sun sets (the clue is in the name).
Come for lunch. Come for a drink. Come for a birthday. Come for the views. Sit and enjoy good food, good company, and beau􀆟ful views. The Sundowner beer garden offers a children’s play area. With live entertainment throughout the season.
