About Us

The Beach House is a luxury five-bed Victorian property on Weston-super-Mare seafront that has been awarded 5 Stars by VisitEngland and has a Visit England Rose Award. It provides top class accommodation for families and corporate groups and you could not wish for a better location, being just across the road from the beach, the beach lawns and Weston-super-Mare's iconic Tropicana building. 

With free off-road parking for up to 3 cars, views over the beach and glorious sunsets, you won't be surprised that guests return time and time again.

The ground floor of the property can be let as a one-bed garden apartment with use of the front room, a double/twin en-suite bedrooms with French doors giving direct access to the enclosed garden.  It has a cloakroom, large kitchen/diner, games room and utility room.  The four additional en-suite bedrooms in the house can be let if the ground floor is also let as part of the booking.

This superb self catering property in Weston-super-Mare can also be let for exclusive use sleeping up to 10 adults and 2 children and offers a fantastic space for social living and enjoying the company of friends, family or colleagues. All five individually furnished bedrooms have private bathrooms and keypad operated doors allowing for a degree of privacy.

As each bedroom is en-suite, with secure entry via a key pad, each can be let out on an individual, room only basis at a nightly rate - please enquire for rates and further information.

The garden/games room opens onto a private rear garden, an enclosed space safe for children to enjoy, and ideal for barbecues and enjoying a drink outside on a warm evening.

With a secure storage facility at the property for bikes and golf clubs, the Beach House offers an excellent base if you enjoying being active and exploring the area by bike, or by foot,  in walking distance of Weston-super-Mare Golf Club.  There is wifi and a webcam looking out onto the seafront.

Within a stone’s throw is Weston-super-Mare beach, offering an expanse of safe, golden sand and pedestrianised promenade for all ages to enjoy.  The Beach Lawns, where many of the year’s top events, take place, is just across the road.

The former Tropicana Lido, opposite the Beach House, has been transformed in to an event venue which hosts headline music events and various festivals.

There is parking at the front of the property for three cars, and if you come by train, the property is on a main bus route with services around Weston-super-Mare and to Burnham-on-Sea, Bristol, Wells and Cheddar.

1ST FLOOR FRONT BEDROOM
A large front-facing double or twin sea view bedroom, with a private Victorian style bathroom with bath, beautiful sea views and separate shower.

1ST FLOOR MIDDLE BEDROOM
A larger rear facing, en-suite double bedroom, available as a twin or a double.

1ST FLOOR REAR BEDROOM
This cosy rear-facing double room has an en-suite shower room and view over the garden.

2ND FLOOR BEDROOM
This unique room occupies the whole of the second floor of the property and has views to the rear and the front, overlooking the beach. With a large en-suite shower room this is available as a twin or double room, with space for a child bed and cot.
