About Us

Try your luck at our monthly quiz night; learn a little about your local history and have a laugh at the same time.

During our refurbishment closure, we travelled around the local pubs with our own brand of fun and interesting, but definitely not serious, quizzes. Now that we have our lovely building back, you can come in and join us here. You don't need lots of historical knowledge; we promise to keep the questions simple, with only the occasional head scratcher thrown in. The quiz includes a mystery object round, so whilst you're enjoying your drink from our bar of locally sourced drinks and nibbles, you can also have a guess at a selection of historical objects and replicas.

Only £5 to enter a team (of up to five people) and there is a prize for the winning team. Numbers are limited so you can book in advance to guarantee your team a slot, but if there is space then we won't turn you away on the night. Join us from 6.30, ready for the quiz to start at 7pm.
