About Us
Weston-super-Mare's very own Weston Brass Band is delighted to present "A Christmas Celebration" under the baton of Bryn James and supported by the children's choir of Hutton Primary School. Come and join us in the newly-refurbished ballroom at the Winter Gardens Pavilion for an afternoon of merriment and wonderful live music, including Christmas music, traditional carols and much more.
Doors will be opening at 3pm, and the bar will offer winter warmers such as mulled wine and spiced cider. There’s no betterway to get in the Christmas spirit!
Weston Brass is a traditional competition band of around 25 players from the North Somerset area. The band has enjoyed considerable success recently including winning their section at September's South West Brass Band Association contest in Exmouth, while also being placed second overall amongst all sections.
Recent local engagements have included playing at the re-opening of Weston Museum and playing in support of University Centre Weston's recent Graduation Day event; both were great successes.
