About Us
Wells Cathedral is taking part in the national Heritage Open Days event to celebrate the country's fantastic history and culture, giving you the chance to see hidden places and try out new experiences – all of which are FREE to explore. The theme at Wells Cathedral this year is 'Extraordinary Women' (with local links) and this tour will tell the story of a local woman instrumental in the Cathedral's amazing embroideries. You will get to see some examples up close too! Two tour options are available including one that is fully accessible; check the Cathedral's website or social media for details. Places are FREE but need to be pre-booked via the Cathedral's website.Guide Prices
