The Weston Bay Yacht Club (WBYC) is delighted to announce our upcoming Welcome Day, extending a warm invitation to both new members and those interested in joining our vibrant sailing community.
When: 17th February, 12:00 noon
Where: WBYC Clubhouse, Uphill. BS23 4XU.
Directions: Weston-super-Mare beach, all the way down to the Uphill end. Keep going past the car parking area until you run out of beach.

Please note the tide is low enough to allow beach access to the clubhouse throughout the whole afternoon and evening.
We would like to make this a memorable day for all our new and prospective members. Commodore Mike will personally welcome everyone, share insights into the vibrant WBYC community, and guide you through our cosy clubhouse.
Event Agenda:
12:00 noon: Arrival and Welcome. Bottomless teas, coffees, and biscuits available at £3pp. The day's yacht race will be underway with viewing available from inside the clubhouse.
12:30 pm: Commodore Mike's Address and Club Tour
1:30 pm: Welcome the sailors and crew back and await the eagerly anticipated race results.
2:00 pm: Bar Opens
3:00 pm: Live Music - featuring the amazing Salv Lomanto playing acoustic singalong covers.
As the sun sets over the waters, join us for a memorable day filled with camaraderie, music, and a glimpse into the exciting world of WBYC.
Membership Opportunities:
If you've been contemplating full membership, now is the perfect time to take the plunge. Our full membership, priced at £160 (including your partner), opens up a world of exclusive benefits and access to our thriving community. Additionally, mooring is available at £85, with support provided if needed.
There is also the Social Membership gaining you access to exclusive member events for only £10. All members have the opportunity to purchase a yearly beach parking pass for £1.
