The 'Feel Good Festival' is new for 2018 in Weston-super-Mare on Saturday 19th May 2018 from 11am to 4pm at the Italian Gardens.This is a free event focusing on wellbeing activities and demos that make you happy.
Everything from creative art -craft-design workshops, live theatre, live music, guided mindfulness, samba dance, rock choir, feel good street games, a huge array of health stalls including head massage, personality testing and your chance to watch your local NHS consultant have her head shaved to help Weston General be the first in the country to get a revolutionary Dementia treatment.
We all want better wellbeing, better health and more happiness.
