Step out for Stroke are hosting a sponsored walk for the whole family, regardless of age or ability.The aim is to help people who have suffered a stroke and get them back into gentle exercising.
No minimum distance, just do what you can. There is a free cup of tea for participants at Oliver's cafe in the park after.
