About Us

Enjoy an enchanting ride on a steam train through the delightful Somerset coast and countryside whilst enjoying a traditional West Country Cream Tea served to your table. Steam and Cream seats are pre-booked in a specially reserved carriage on the 16:30 departure from Minehead to Bishops Lydeard.

This train is the final departure of the day and it is not possible to return to Minehead from Bishops Lydeard.

Your Steam and Cream Special ticket includes return travel, so why not make a day of it and spend some time in Minehead or even better on selected dates you are able to purchase our 'Combi' ticket at additional cost, and enjoy a Cheese and Cider lunchtime treat on the 12:40 departure from Bishops Lydeard. We regret that Cream Teas cannot be provided for special diets, but a slice of Gluten Free carrot cake can be provided as an alternative if requested in advance.
