The Palace and RHS partner gardens will be transformed into a dazzling wonderland of light, colour, and festive joy.

New for 2025: a mesmerising lantern tree, illuminated woodland, an extended light tunnel, and even more sparkling pathways. We've also added extra dates in December and into January so you can enjoy the festivities for longer.
Inside, the medieval Palace will be beautifully decorated with seasonal foliage, roaring fires, and our local Schools Eco-Exhibition, while outdoors you'll find festive food and drink from the café, Apple Store, and Horse Box. Local choirs and music groups will fill the evenings with Christmas cheer.
Tickets remain at 2024 prices: Adults £10, Children (5–17) £6, Friends of the Palace free. Please note Annual Tickets, RHS and Historic Houses cards are not valid.
Time slot entry (5pm, 6pm, or 7pm) – last entry 7.30pm, site closes 8pm. Book online to secure your visit.
