Snowsports Starter Weekend at Mendip Activity Centre

This October, Mendip Activity Centre invites visitors to step out of their comfort zone and embrace the thrill of the slopes with its Snowsports Starter Weekend. Running from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th October, this exclusive open weekend is the perfect opportunity for beginners to discover skiing or snowboarding at an incredible price. For one weekend only, all Try Skiing and Try Snowboarding sessions are 50% off - just £20 per lesson.
Nestled in the heart of ancient Somerset woodland, Mendip Activity Centre is home to one of the UK's most unique snowsport slopes. Featuring a modern ground sprinkler system and surrounded by stunning natural scenery, it offers an unforgettable environment to learn something new. Overlooking the slope, the Alpine Lounge café bar provides the perfect spot to relax, refuel, and watch the action unfold.
The taster lessons available across the weekend are designed as the very first step in Mendip's popular "Learn to Ski or Snowboard" courses. Each session provides expert instruction, building confidence and skills on the slope. For those who catch the snow sports bug, upgrading to a full course couldn't be easier - Mendip will refund the cost of your taster session in full when you continue your learning journey.
With its close proximity to Weston-super-Mare, Mendip Activity Centre is perfectly placed for a day of adventure.
