Sand Bay Death Cafe Summer Series, the first Wednesday of the month in June, July and August, 6-8pm at the Cosy Cafe on Beach Road. Join us for drinks and cake (or fish and chips!) and an exploration of what it means to live in the light of our mortality.
Death Cafes happen in towns and cities around the world, creating space for genuine, unhurried discussion about our mortality...a topic that touches all our lives, yet rarely finds its way into everyday conversation.
This isn't a grief support group or educational seminar. Instead, it's a comfortable space where people from all walks of life can share their thoughts about death and dying, ask questions, gain new perspectives and reflect on what makes life meaningful.
