Mendip's family-friendly, festival-vibe, outdoor live music is completely FREE to attend, taking place at Mendip Lodge on the grounds of Mendip Activity Centre. Experience brilliant entertainment, have a meal, grab a drink, and pitch your tent!

Starts around 7pm. Arrive early to grab the best seat. The Lodge will be open for food and drink until late; the menu includes home-cooked food, loaded fries and local beer and cider from Butcombe, Thatchers and the Bristol Beer Factory.

Sam Evans was our FIRST EVER performer to play Live at the Lodge in 2021 and he's been a favourite ever since. For over 7 years, Sam has been 'on tour' playing nearly 1000 gigs across the UK & Europe. He's supported world-class musicians from chart-toppers Toploader to reggae music's rising star Mike Love, performed at the UK's top festivals and frequently secures headline shows in Bristol's best music venues with his band Verdisa.

Enjoy blends reggae, folk, jazz, blues (and more) with a genuine message of harmony, drawing influence from artists including Xavier Rudd, Jack Johnson & Jason Mraz.
Sam recently won The Pilton Stage'24 competition which means he'll now go on to play at Glastonbury this June!!
