Harmonia Sacra under the baton of their Musical Director Peter Leech will perform a a programme of Italian sacred music from the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, including Lotti's masterly Crucifixus as well as sublimely beautiful works by Giovanni Casali (maestro at San Giovanni in Laterano, Rome), Sebastiano Bolis, (maestro to Cardinal Henry Benedict Stuart, brother of Bonnie Prince Charlie), Isabella Leonarda (one of the leading female composers of the seventeenth century) and many others.Guide Prices
