Join our Cleaner Coastlines group in the Italian Gardens on Saturday 19th July to rise up against the toxic tide of plastic pollution!
Bring along those items of single-use plastic that you hate to see to dump on our "beach". Maybe plastic bags, milk bottles or plant pots get your goat. Or is it broken beach toys, plastic netting, wet wipes and nappies that we could really do without seeing littered.
There will be singing, placards, drawing and a Deposit Return Scheme demo if you pick up a bottle or can.
We'll be there from 11am to 1pm so pop along and join us in our call for urgent action ahead of the Global Plastics Treaty negotiations in Geneva in August.
