This summer's Yoga in the Park sessions are accessible, free and open to all. No previous experience or ability is required and no special clothing or props needed. Come and experience gentle and mindful yoga sessions in a welcoming, outdoor setting.
In these sessions we will practice moving our body in thoughtful, appropriate ways and learn simple breathing techniques that can boost our energy or help us to relax. These enjoyable yoga practices are designed to gently stretch and strengthen muscles, support joint mobility, enhance self awareness and generally improve physical and mental well being,
