Celebrating 425 years since the original company was created, and the 15th birthday of the modern troupe, this brilliant company will perform Shakespeare as he intended it to be seen; all male, in the open air and in full Elizabethan costume with traditional music and dance. Enjoy this supernatural comedy of mischievous fairies, confused lovers and rude mechanicals in an intoxicating tale of clarity found from chaos, as tangled love gives way to happily ever afters!Audiences are invited to bring a picnic blanket or low-backed seating along with their own picnic and drinks. The performances will go ahead except in the very worst weather, so do bring wet weather clothing.
