with a herb salad garnish, bloomer toast and a plum and apple chutney

Lemon Sorbet
with candied lime and a raspberry and champagne jelly

MAIN COURSES
Lamb Rump
served medium with dauphinoise potato, roasted baby vegetables and finished with honey, mint and redcurrant jus.
Pan Roasted Salmon Steak
served with new potatoes, roasted baby vegetables and finished with a parsley and white wine sauce
Asparagus, Brie and Butternut Wellington
served with dauphinoise potatoes and roasted baby vegetables (V)
