Minehead Station Christmas Market

About Us

For the first time since the events creation the West Somerset Railway will be holding their annual Christmas market on a Saturday (9th December - 11.00am until 5.00pm).

Stalls will fill the platform offering local businesses and producers the opportunity to sell the fantastic products that they have to offer.

We will be running a DMU service from Bishops Lydeard to Minehead return, stopping at all stations except Doniford Halt, on the day of the market for pre booked passengers only. The DMU shows panoramic views whilst traveling through the countryside to our Christmas Market. The DMU will leave Bishops Lydeard at 12.45 and return from Minehead at 16.30. The cost will be £5.00 per adult, £2.50 per child and £12.00 per family. 

Tickets for the DMU will be available soon.
