This summer, Mendip Basecamp is launching Mendip Mini Fests. These will be relaxed, family-friendly festivals, without the big ticket prices, exclusively for campers, across six weekends! Set in an award-winning adventure campsite in the Mendip Hills, Somerset, guests can enjoy off-grid camping, campfires, and woodland adventures. At the on-site Mendip Activity Centre, guests also have access to more than 20 outdoor adventures, from snowsports and archery to frisbee golf and watersports.
Across the weekends, Basecamp will offer outdoor workshops, circus skills, children's storytelling, live acoustic music, and Sunday morning yoga, with Saturday nights bringing the Bandwagon stage to life with headline local bands.
Friday 28th to Sunday 30th August will welcome a brilliant mix of live music to round up the summer. Friday is set to kick off with Hullabaloosers - friends and music duo Chris and Rob, who have been playing music together around the South West for many years. On Saturday, get singing along to Weston-super-Mare's very own The Lipinskis. Expect a mix of acoustic indie rock and Brit-pop from this headline band. Wrapping up the weekend on Sunday will be Every Other Wednesday, featuring Mendip's very own instructor, Chris Day!
