Light up a Life gives you the chance to celebrate a loved one’s life whilst helping Weston Hospicecare to reach out to all those that need us in our local community. On Sunday 15th December from 4pm we will hold our Light up a Life celebration where hundreds of lanterns are lit in our Hospice garden to create a warm glow in the chilly December air. Each lantern of Life will represent a dear friend or relative who is no longer with us. Become part of the magic and dedicate a Lantern of Life to your loved one by adding a personal message that will be displayed on the lantern as it shines.
