Fresh from his hilarious starring role in panto as Buttons (Cinderella 2019) at the Weston-Super-Mare Playhouse; join rising star Joe Rowntree for a joyous evening of stand up comedy.A very funny night of stories and jokes in which Joe will muse on the hot comedy topics of parenting, swimming pool changing rooms, zips, his fear of Wetherspoons and why he quite likes wasps!
Joe is best known for his appearances on the award-winning hit Sky 1 TV show "Brainiac: Science Abuse." He hosted two UK tours of "Brainiac Live." He has written put-downs for Anne Robinson on "The Weakest Link" and recorded a TV special of his stand up on "Dave's One Night Stand" (Dave).
Joe performs at the most prestigious comedy venues and festivals across the UK and International comedy circuit.
He has supported Rhod Gilbert, Stephen K Amos and Sean Hughes on their national tours and has made numerous TV appearances on shows across BBC, ITV and Channel 4.
