About Us

Looking for something creative to do with the children over the school holidays? When term breaks up Wells Cathedral offers fun 'have a go' sessions for children accompanied by their parents or guardians.

Over the Easter holidays we are running two workshops including:

"Have a Go at Glass Painting".

No booking is required – just turn up and be prepared to be busy!

Also this year, and throughout the holiday period, look out for our FREE children's leaflets to help your family discover hidden parts of the Cathedral.

Why not make a day of it and visit the hugely popular Wells Market which takes place every Wednesday and Saturday in Wells Market Place.

Wells is easily reached by both car and public transport. Regular bus services to and from Wells and other destinations locally. There are several car parks near the Cathedral and a wide range of local restaurants and bars. Please see our website for details.
