About Us
Rosie and Howard Smith formed The Garret Press in 2000. The following year their first 'in watercolours' book: 'Weston-super-Mare in Watercolours – an alternative guide' was published. A unique combination of illustrations and informative text; it was an immediate success. Rosie and Howard will give an intriguing and humorous account of the story behind the formation of The Garret Press and the creation of the Weston book, together with the publishing of their further books on Somerset, its coasts and hills.There will an opportunity to see some of the original illustrations from all three books.
