About Us
A family friendly morning to dispel the myths surrounding dementiaWant to find about more about dementia and the help and support available to families? Then come along to Weston Museum and speak to our friends at the Alzheimer's Society. There will be plenty of information including films, talks and presentations and the value of art, music and reminiscence.
Nostalgia café will be running as usual with historical objects to handle. Activities for children include story reading by Weston Library, film shows, colouring in, puzzles and board games.
Community exhibition on the Alzheimer's Society with photographs from the A1 Camera Club and oral histories, a Sharing Heritage project led by museum volunteers. Refreshments on sale in Clara's café.
