Charity Family Fun Day

About Us

This is a Charity Family Fun Day Saturday 21st July 2018 at Hornets Rugby Club, Hutton Moor Road, Weston super Mare, to raise money for Winston's Wish and The Divinity Foundation. 

Winston's Wish was the first Uk's childhood bereavement charity and has been supporting bereaved children since 1992. They provide specialist child bereavement services across the UK and offer specialist support programmes for children affected by deaths including those related to murder, manslaughter, suicide and in the military community.

The Divinity Foundation is a private Humanitarian Aid Organisation in Kenya. It is a small foundation who protect young girls from Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), provide healthcare to women and young girls and educate the community on basic health management and FGM. They have a FGM rescue centre now which provides counselling to the girls, a safe place to stay and support. 

The day will be packed with lots of fun including:

There is also capacity for local businesses to have a stall to sell their products. You will need to provide your own table and pitches are £15 all of which goes to the Charities. For more information or queries please inbox me.
