About Us
After unfortunately having to postpone our Heritage Open Day in September 2022, the Blakehay Theatre is thrilled to invite you to our Open Day to kickstart 2023.
A day filled with events and classes designed to show you what the Blakehay Theatre has to offer!
- We'll be running guided backstage tours throughout the day so you can see the Theatre in its entirety and learn about our 2021 building works and history.
- Our weekly Studio Classes' teachers will be running pop-up classes and workshops in our first floor Studio.
- Our hirers will be in the Theatre Bar for you to chat to about their companies and upcoming shows.
- Our Theatre Bar and Box Office will be open all day for you to stop for a coffee and purchase your tickets.
This is a free event.
We cannot wait to welcome you to the Blakehay Theatre! #MoreThanATheatre
