About Us
The Winter Gardens is hosting a weekend of ballroom dancing on June 21 and 22.
The weekend will feature Ballroom and Latin as well as popular Sequence with Rock and Roll/ Argentinean Tango, Occasional Line dances/party dances.
There will also be optional Cha Cha tuition with Lawrence & Emma from 2pm on Friday afternoon and throughout Saturday This is in 3 x 75mins workshops plus 15 mins supervised practice plus video of the final amalgamations
2 Ability levels – Skilled competent or social dancer
The dress code for Saturday's evening's social dance, when doors open at 7.15 for an 8pm -11pm dance, is smart casual.
Tickets for Friday's social dance are £12.50.
A combined weekender ticket is £18.
Tickets for the tuition are £25.
Sunday's Summer Ball is from 8pm until 11pm with doors opening at 7.15pm. The dress code for Sunday's dancing is frocks for the ladies and colourful attire including a dickie bow for men.
