About Us
This October half term, we're celebrating the autumn season at Wild Place Project!Autumn is a time for amazing colours, the rustle and crunch of leaves underfoot, and tasty treats like apples. It's also the time of year when lots of animals, from big bears to little squirrels, are busy getting ready for winter!
Join us for some seasonal fun from 26 October to 3 November.
We'll be celebrating with special activities, plus you can soak up the sights, smells, and sounds of autumn as you explore our beautiful woodlands. How many native birds and animals can you spot?
Also don't forget to visit Bear Wood, home to our four European brown bears. Bears spend a large amount of their day eating during autumn, putting on weight before the colder winter months. Wander along our raised walkway to watch Neo, Nilas, Albie and Gemini foraging in their enormous woodland enclosure, just like they would in the wild.
During your adventure you can also discover giraffes, cheetahs, lemurs, meerkats and more, plus lots of places to play!
