Part of TAKE FIVE – Weston Arts + Health Festival
Join Mhairi from the Mendip Hills National Landscapes team for a 2 hour nature connection walk towards Uphill and back. During the walk there will be opportunities to take part in some simple activities aimed at helping us to engage with the natural world around us, and to feel more present and relaxed.
This walk is designed for those aged 18 years +
Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing for walking on the beach
Please note that dogs are not permitted on the main beach in Weston-super-Mare during the summer months
