About Us

Marta Hutt is a contemporary fine artist and founder of Lush Eclectic Fine Art.
Most of Marta's work is inspired by women, particularly female characters and archetypes with a strong story behind them. We get the sense of the infinite wisdom that women have to share; their spirits, moods and human emotions are carefully captured. Marta uses light and colour to beautifully represent women from around the world regardless of age, ethnicity, background or sexuality.
What started as a drawing on her dining table in autumn 2017, quickly developed into a successful fine art brand. In a short space of time Marta has had great success. She has been featured in print and online publications, got involved in various projects and collaborated with interior designers. Her art prints are stocked in independent galleries and shops across UK and Europe and her art adorns the walls of thousands art enthusiasts across the globe.
Working mainly in acrylic paint and dry pastels, Marta creates vibrant and expressive artwork with a cutting-edge attitude. The Polish born artist loves tapping into her Slavic, Baltic and Scandi ethnicity bringing to you stories from the past with elements of mythology and folklore with her Eclectic Portraits collection, while her Rebel and Quirky, Sumptuous and Dark collections tap into current affairs, standing up for women's empowerment and inclusion and diversity. Whatever the theme, each piece has a story behind it.
Since moving to Weston, where Marta started painting after over a decade of not picking up a pencil, she's been also inspired by nature. The beauty of Somerset landscapes has inspired Marta to paint Nature Reimagined collection where you can find some of the Weston's area landscapes in an expressive and more abstract form.
