Weston-super-Mare has one of the biggest and best outdoor galleries of street art in the South West. For the last three years, The Upfest Weston Wallz project has been transforming the town and turning some of its walls into giant canvasses. For one week each year, Weston becomes a playground for some of the UK's top street artists who come and leave their mark on the town at the Weston Wallz Festival and it doesn't matter if you're not here for Paint Week because these talented artists leave their work behind.
Weston has the largest dedicated helicopter collection in the world with over 80 exhibits on display in an all-weather hangar. The collection covers civilian and military machines. Some of the displays are set out like old shop counters and there is a big leaning to farming and farm machinery.
