About Us
The Black Cat Micropub is a gem of a boozer celebrating great ales, great ciders and cats!
Situated in the heart of Grove Village, which is Weston's chief entertainment quarter, the Black Cat is within just a few yards of The Playhouse Theatre and The Blakehay Theatre.
It is one of Weston's newest pubs, having only opened in 2018, but it has quickly become one of the town's most popular, friendly and unique bars where the cat theme is obvious throughout with a stunning black cat mural inside.
It serves up to half a dozen fresh cask ales from local breweries, as well as more than 20 ciders, more than 20 craft beers as well as a selection of gin and wine. It also offers a revolving menu of drinks so there is often something new to try out.
Despite its clear cat theme, dogs are also welcome in the pub which won the Restaurant Guru Best Pub and Bar in Weston-super-Mare 2023 award. There is free Wi Fi and separate Ladies' and Gents' facilities.
The pub also regularly puts on live music and quiz nights.
