Model Train Show in aid of Weston Hospicecare

We are very pleased to announce that we will be hosting the sixth annual Weston-super-Mare Model Railway Show on Sunday 12 January 2014.

The event will begin at 10am and will feature layouts, traders, demonstrators and societies. And, as always, light refreshments will be available throughout the day. The show will close at 5pm.

Tickets cost £5.50 each for adults, £2.00 each for children, £5.00 for a concessionary ticket or £13.00 for a family ticket.

However, if you’re keen to make sure you don’t miss out and want to save money, you can buy ‘early bird’ tickets from our reception from the end of November. These will be on offer at discounted costs of £4.50 for adults, £1.50 for children, £3.00 for concessions or £12 for families.

The train show is now in its sixth year and continues to go from strength to strength, growing in size every year. Organisers Keith and Joyce Price originally started the show in order to raise money for Weston Hospicecare. Each year all proceeds raised are donated to the charity and since the annual show began running in 2008 over £12,000 has been donated to the charity.
