About Us

We are putting on a FREE awareness event for older people in our community. The aim of this is to help people discover products and services available in their local area to help make their lives easier, and keep them independently living at home.

If this is something you, or someone you know would be interested in attending then we would love to see you there!

~ Free information and advice available from a range of local companies
~ Disabled access and toilet facilities available
~ Directly on the local Number 7 bus route
~ Parking opposite the venue is available
~ Free refreshments provided

Companies attending include: Age UK, Alzheimer's Society, Avon Fire & Rescue, the Good Care Group, Gooding Disability, Groves Family Funeral Directors, Hutton Moor Leisure Centre, Lloyds Pharmacy, Wards Solicitors, We Care & Repair, Wiltshire Farm Foods and the North Somerset Mobile Library Service. The event will also feature a performance from local singing and friendship group The Goldies! We will be serving tea, coffee and cakes in aid of Macmillan.
