About Us

Paraorchestra brings high-energy wind and brass band and a troupe of dancers to the streets of Weston for an on-the-move performance - think Fatboy Slim meets Kate Bush meets Basement Jaxx.

In SMOOSH!, a core of Paraorchestra musicians, plus an array of local performers from across Weston are joined by professional dancers to form a mobile human jukebox.

You're invited out onto Weston prom and High Street to dance and sing along in a magnificent cacophonous, communal karaoke - a 'massaoke' if you will!

Sunday 10 September - 11am - meet outside the old Victorian Cafe on the prom (opposite Bistrot Pierre) and dance to the Italian Gardens via Regent Street, High Street and onto the Gardens.
Sunday 10 September - 4.45pm - meet at the Italian Gardens and dance back to Bistrot Pierre
