Then join the craze that has been sweeping the nation among the over thirties - In Bed by 9pm.
The concept is coming to the Loft Nightclub, Weston-super-Mare on Saturday, 20 April.
The nightclub will be opening its dancefloor to the over 30s from 2pm in a fab fun fundraiser for Childrens Hospice South West.
The event has been organised by Bleadon WI with the help of Enhanced Entertainment.
Advance tickets from £10 are available from Eventbrite. Prices may be more on the night if there is still availablity.
