Two Bristol improv groups present tales of wonder, fantasy and absurdity.
Join us as we travel to the depths of space with the daring Star Captain and his trusty companion Number Two. We will then journey to the depths of mutated weirdness in the post-apocalyptic wasteland where anything can happen.
Two groups join together to share a double bill of improvised science-fiction narrative comedy. They will attempt to create a new story on the spot with only your suggestion (and a heavily themed genre) to inspire them. What could possibly go wrong!?!
The Improvised Adventures of Star Captain
The Grumpkins (Emma T and Pete) present a fast paced comedic improvised Science-Fiction adventure where a single suggestion will be weaved into a brand new heroic adventure before your very eyes. Marvel as the brave space adventurer, Star Captain, explores new alien worlds and encounters otherworldly creatures with their faithful assistant Number Two.
Tales From The Wasteland
An improvised post-apocalyptic adventure. If the world was ending, what would be the one thing you'd want to survive? Based on your suggestions, our team of dystopian adventurers will explore a new world of endless possibilities… well, depending on what's left over from earth's devastation.
