About Us
Led by writer and artist Sarah Tamar, she ran a small grassroots arts organisation for 10 years. Sarah has created various poetry installations and was the MC at the mouth and music events in the midlands. This trail invites you to pick up a poem created by the community during workshops through March. Collect a different set of poems from each of the following locations; The Stables reception, pier??, We are super and lastly at Artspace. Here you can create your own cover and staple together to create a poetry zine to take home and keep. Community poems will be displayed at We are Super alongside the squelch land video created by the swamp women for the promenade project last year produced by Sam Francis. Join Sarah during the exhibition to create your own poem and experience pop up poetry soundscapes, see events for details.
