South Sands Hotel is a seafront hotel offering a touch of luxury overlooking the hidden gem that is Sand Bay.

South Sands has its own on-site restaurant, Rocksalt, which specialises in fresh seafood and traditional dishes in a lovely relaxed environment.
Breakfast is served from 7.45am – 10.00am on Mondays to Fridays and from 8.30 am – 10.00am on Saturdays and Sundays. Breakfast is open to non-residents as well.
The bar area in Rocksalt is the hotel’s dog friendly area, and reserving a table in this area is advised as there is limited availability
There is also a terraced area, where the tables are not bookable and are based on a first come first served basis
The venue also has two areas available for private functions, The South Suite and The Bay
Any up and coming scheduled events are posted on either the hotel’s Facebook page or its website and feature themed evenings throughout the year
The hotel offers lovely walking opportunties including up to the stunning Sand Point and Middle Hope where you can walk up onto the National Trust headland and drop down into some lovely secluded coves for a picnic.
